I have been going more often to Halifax since I have now just dropped off my youngest there to begin attending Dalhousie University. I have been disappointed with the level of service at the other FBO's but I wanted to let people know that I was overjoyed at my most recent choice - Gateway.

The fuel card program pricing that I could get was the best on the field at their location and they even priced below that. They came out to meet me. I know that doesn't sound like much but none of the other FBO's had done so and had, instead, left me idling on the ramp until finally I went to find my own spot or then came out just as I was pulling into a spot of my own choosing.

Gateway staff also brought my rental car out to the plane so I could unload and they were always pleasant to deal with. I wanted a bit of Nitrogen for the front tire - no problem at all. When I showed up to leave, the work was all done and I was out in minutes. Every phone and personal contact was stress free and they did everything they told me they would do - if only that were always the case.  

Hey - we're always ready to tell a group when things go poorly so I wanted to let you know this place has my business if my son ever wants us to visit Halifax.
